The minimum age for Europcar rentals in Russia is 21 year for economy class vehicle, 24 years for compact class vehicles, 27 years for business and �premium cars as well as �minivans.
Driver�s license duration: at least 1 year for economy class, 3 years for compact class, 5 years for business and �premium class vehicles and minivans.
Young driver or small driving experience surcharge (not more than 6 months): Drivers age 21-26 (or 0.5 year experience) are required to pay RUB 775.00, per day
The person signed the Rental Contract must pay the rental charge himself.�
Additional Driver is possible for RUB 186.00 per day, maximum RUB 930 for total rental period.
The residents need to provide Russian Passport, Russian Driver�s Permit and Banking Card (VISA, MC accepted).
The persons living outside Russia must present PASSPORT of their Country, International Driving Permit (IDP) held at least for 1 year and Banking Card (VISA, MC, UnionPay accepted).
The national license without juridical approved translation in English is not acceptable.
At the moment You pick-up a car your credit card will be debited for the deposit amount:
RUB 12 000 for economy class (ECMRR, ECMR, ECAR)
RUB 15 000 for compact class (CCMR, CCAR),
RUB 30 000 for business-class and minivan (FCAR, FVMR),�
RUB 37 000 for Premium class (PCAR),
RUB 45 000 per 4x4 off-road vehicle (XDAR), �
RUB 75 000 for Luxury class (XFAR)
When you return the vehicle at the end of the hire period, the total additional charges, including any charges for fuel, damage, etc. �will be calculated and any overpayment will be credited to your card. Please note this process may take up to 30 days.
You can reduce your financial liability for damage and theft of the Europcar vehicle if the vehicle has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement with the help of LDW/ SLDW/ WWI options.
Options Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) or Super Limited Damage Waiver (SLDW) starts from RUR 132.00 per day for economy class up to RUR 1200 for Luxury car.
WWI option for Glass and tyre cover is RUB 170.00 for all classes.
There are several defined areas starting from Moscow Region. Extra charge starts from RUB 150.00 to RUB 350.00 depending on the distance you travel from Moscow.
You need to ask Europcar specialist for including �area option� to your Contract.
Europcar Russia allows you to cancel a prepaid reservation in 24-hours without any extra-charge.
If you wish to return the vehicle after the time originally specified, you should contact us to agree this. You will be charged for every day or part-day you have the vehicle after the originally agreed date and time at the rate specified on the rental agreement when you collect the vehicle.
You are responsible for all fines and penalties from local Drive Police (GIBDD) during the rental period.
No-smoking policy is applied.
In the case of an accident, a Police Protocol and Accident Report must be presented to Europcar. If not available, the Client is fully responsible for all the damages himself.
Fuel Policy: Pick-Up Full & Return Full
You need to wash the vehicle before return.
Optional equipment: booster/child seat, WIFI router or GPS-router, car video recorder are available for extra charge.
